The Eisacktaler Kost from 13 March to 29 March 2026, South Tyrol's oldest speciality week, has always stood for the high quality and tradition of regional cuisine.
This year, we at the Posthotel Lamm are taking part for the first time and invite you to enjoy the diversity of Eisack Valley and Wipp Valley cuisine.
Now in its 54th year, the event combines tried-and-tested recipes with innovative new interpretations and invites you to experience the diversity of Eisack Valley and Wipp Valley cuisine from Sterzing to Barbian.
In addition to culinary highlights, you can also expect a variety of supporting events such as tastings, readings and guided tours – all in the spirit of enjoyable interaction between producers, hosts and gourmets.
