After a busy day hiking the heights, mountain biking, skiing or shopping in the city, sitting down to in a stylish setting to enjoy a superb dinner is exactly what you need.
Contemporary style and tradition come together in our restaurant, where eight intimate, welcoming dining rooms - four of which are traditional South Tyrolean wood-panelled Stube - are reserved exclusively for our half-board guests. A magnificent new buffet area in the atrium next to the splendid show kitchen complete the scene.
The four-course evening meal complete with vast appetiser buffet is a guarantee of an engaging, immersive culinary experience overflowing with new flavours. Every day we serve superb local and national speciality dishes prepared with the best of fresh ingredients sourced from organic farms in the local area.
Wine is always a star of the show: Alongside an extensive selection of superb South Tyrolean wines, our vast wine list includes an impressive selection from the rest of Italy, and a number from over the border.
Breakfast is no less of an event here at the Posthotel Lamm. Every morning, the buffet area is transformed into a wonderland of regional products with fresh bread from the nearby bakery, croissants fresh from the oven, an array of cold cuts and cheeses, the famed Vipiteno yoghurt and much more. And what would a wonderful breakfast be without made-to-order egg dishes from our show kitchen? The perfect way to get your day off to an energy-packed start! If you suffer from celiac disease or food intolerances, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare special dishes on request. However, our hotel does not have a separate kitchen.
