Declaration of accessibility

1. Accessibility Obligation

Hotel Lamm GmbH (posthotel-lamm.it) is committed to making its digital services accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We are continuously working to improve the usability of our website and to meet the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

2. Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of the harmonized standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (in the German-speaking area: BITV 2.0), due to the exceptions listed below.

The accessibility assessment is based on a combination of automated testing (e.g., Google Lighthouse), analysis using the WAVE tool (wave.webaim.org), and manual checks using keyboard and screen reader navigation.

3. Non-accessible Content

Despite our efforts to make all areas of our website accessible, some content is currently not fully compliant:

  • Images without sufficient text alternatives: Some older images or graphics may lack detailed alt attributes that properly describe their content.

  • Videos without subtitles or audio descriptions: Certain video materials, especially older recordings, may not offer full subtitles or audio descriptions for deaf or visually impaired users.

  • Contrast issues in specific text elements: In a few areas, the contrast ratio between text and background may not fully meet optimal WCAG requirements.

  • Navigation aids: Some interactive elements or forms may not be optimally accessible to users who rely solely on keyboard or screen reader navigation.

  • PDF documents: Older PDFs or those created by third parties may not be fully structured for accessibility. We are working to ensure future documents are accessible and to revise existing ones where necessary.

We are aware of these issues and are working to resolve them.
